Our customer portal is for existing customers.
If you are a new customer, we would love to hear from you. Please call our office at 215-699-4012. Once we get you set up with an account, you will have access to the portal.
Current customers in order to set up your account, we do need to have a valid email address on file. If you are not able to register online, email info@dewalker.com and we can get you set up. Please include your name, email and address for us to assist you and allow 2 business days for a reply.
The portal is intended for payment of invoices, viewing your account transactions, and delivery requests. Please note it may take 24 hours for your payment to be listed on your transaction history. If you are requesting a delivery, they will be made in approximately 3 business days after the request. Our standard minimum delivery is 150 Gallons. For smaller deliveries please contact the office, additional fees apply. All service requests must be made through the office as well.
